What Included

  • Plumbing Fixtures: Visible Leaks, water pressure, taps, showers, baths, flushing toilets.
     
  • Heating Systems: Radiators, underfloor heating checks, boiler placement.
     
  • Joinery: Skirting boards, architraves, cupboards, kitchen units, wardrobes.
     
  • Tiling: Grouting, alignment, cracks, silicon sealant.
     
  • Ventilation: Fans in kitchen, bathrooms, airflow checks.
     
  • Loft & Roof Space: Insulation coverage, structure, access.
     

External Checks:

  • Brickwork & Pointing: Gaps, cracks, inconsistent mortar.
     
  • Roof & Guttering: Missing tiles, alignment, water flow.
     
  • Windows & Doors (outside): Fitting, sealing, finish.
     
  • Driveway & Pathways: Leveling, drainage issues, damage.
     
  • Fencing & Gates: Proper installation, secure hinges/latches.
     
  • Garage (if applicable): Doors, electrics, finish.

Our drone surveys provide a detailed aerial view and meticulous inspection of key components, including:


  • All Flashings – Checked for watertight seals and correct installation to prevent future leaks.
     
  • Guttering Systems – Inspected for secure fitting, proper gradient, and effective drainage.
     
  • Soffit & Fascia Boards – Assessed for structural integrity, weather damage, and cosmetic finish.
     
  • Hipped Edges & Drip Edges – Verified for proper alignment, installation, and rainwater management.
     
  • Ridges & Valleys – Evaluated for tile placement, integrity, and water runoff efficiency.
     
  • Chimneys & Dormers – Inspected for visible signs of wear, movement, or structural concern.
     

By using drones, we eliminate the risks and limitations of manual roof inspections, offering a safe, efficient, and comprehensive visual record of your home's most elevated features.

Note: Inspections are subject to favourable weather conditions and location accessibility.

What Not Included

 

Hidden or Inaccessible Elements:

  • Internal Pipework: Pipes behind walls, under floors, or boxed-in areas not visible or accessible.
     
  • Hidden Plumbing Leaks: Unless they cause visible signs (e.g., damp patches), internal leaks are not detected.
     
  • Internal Wiring: Cables inside walls or ceilings aren't inspected or tested.
     
  • Insulation Behind Walls or in Floors: Only visible loft insulation is usually checked.
     
  • Structural Integrity: Foundations, subsidence, or deep structural faults (requires a structural engineer).
     
  • Roof Space (if inaccessible): Areas not safely reachable due to lack of access.
